Nick Alexander (b. 2001) is a Canadian film composer whose work centres on mixing and scoring for visual media. Additionally, Nick serves as a music editor, mixing engineer, mastering engineer, and producer. Beyond his storytelling capabilities, Nick takes great pride working with a team, being an effective problem solver, and running a smooth music department for all his projects.​​
Nick has worked at two music production houses: 4 Elements Music in New York, and MPATH Music in Los Angeles; he has composed original music for both libraries. His music profile includes film scores, sonic branding, EP's, apps, and more. Impressively, Nick has collaborated with filmmakers in New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Los Angeles, Toronto, and more.​​

Nick has assisted and/or been mentored by notable musicians, including Kenneth Lampl, Rob Reale (Go Rogue Records, 4EM), Lucas Murray (Made Music), Greg Pliska, Paul Geluso, Catherine Joy (JMH), and Kevin Killen.​​

Outside of music, Nick has an impressive background in marketing, having been an Account Executive and Manager for many years. His clientele list includes Mondelēz International, the National Hockey League, OREO, LEGO, XBOX, Major League Baseball, Live Nation, and more.

Nick holds a Master's degree in Music for Film Scoring from New York University and the Steinhardt / Tisch school. He is currently based in New York City, United States.
