NICK ALEXANDER

   Nick Alexander (b. 2001) is a rising film composer and score mixer for visual media. Additionally, Nick does mastering and monitors loudness specs for films. His music primarily focuses on drama, noir, indie scores yet includes thrillers and suspense. With each cue he writes, his focal point is on producing quality compositions to further enhance the story at large.

 

  This November 2026, Nick will be in Paris, France as he has already been pre-selected and invited to attend a prestigious film scoring and mixing seminar with renowned score mixer Chris Fogel.

  Nick has assisted and/or been mentored by notable musicians, including Kenneth Lampl, Rob Reale (Go Rogue Records, 4EM), Lucas Murray (Made Music), Greg Pliska, Paul Geluso, Catherine Joy (JMH), and Kevin Killen.​​

   Nick has assisted at two music houses: 4 Elements Music in New York, and MPATH Music LLC in Los Angeles. He has written and mixed original music for both libraries. Impressively, Nick has collaborated with filmmakers in New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Los Angeles, Toronto, and more.​​

   Nick holds a Master's degree in Music for Film Scoring from New York University and the Steinhardt / Tisch school. He is currently based in New York City, United States and Toronto, Canada.
